Join Cherry Hill Winery and winemaker Chris Luby on July 26 for an evening of handcrafted wines paired with a culinary feast set in the Eola Hills region of the Willamette Valley. Cherry Hill Winery has enlisted the talents of Wild Pear Restaurant to create the perfect pairing of food to wine. The five course menu includes Caprese crostini, asparagus fennel salad, wild mushroom pasta, grilled tenderloin with gorgonzola-rosemary butter and a dessert sampler. Barrel tasting of Cherry Hill's 2006 Pinot noirs and a winery tour are scheduled throughout the evening. The gala begins at 6 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and live music.
